Where can I buy tickets for Live Nation concerts and events?

As the promoter, Live Nation does not have its own ticket sales department. Most ticket transactions initiated via livenation.de are handled directly by the ticket service provider Ticketmaster - you will be redirected to the Ticketmaster website.

Tickets for Live Nation events can be purchased directly from Ticketmaster and Eventim or from the associated advance booking offices.

If you have any questions about an existing ticket order, please contact the customer service of the respective ticket service provider Ticketmaster or Eventim directly.

 

How do I get tickets for wheelchair users and severely disabled persons and their companions?

As the promoter, Live Nation does not have its own ticket sales department.

Please check the event information for the desired event with the ticket service providers Ticketmaster and Eventim. Very often, a separate telephone number is given there where you can book the desired tickets.

Severely disabled persons (with a B or Bl on their disabled pass) and wheelchair users usually receive a free companion ticket.

What am I allowed to take to a concert? Are bags and rucksacks allowed?

Visitors are requested to limit themselves to really necessary items such as mobile phones, key rings and wallets as well as medication or cosmetics (no deodorant, perfume or hairspray) in small rucksacks, belt bags or handbags up to a maximum size of A4. It is strictly forbidden to carry bags larger than DIN A4.

Please note: Visitors are subject to body checks. The local security service is responsible for carrying out the security check.

The venue's house rules must also be observed. Information on this can be found on the website of the respective venue.

Different regulations may apply for stadium and arena shows and festivals. Please refer to the information emails from your advance booking office.

 

My event has been cancelled or postponed, what should I do?

If the event for which you have purchased tickets has been postponed or cancelled, you have the option of returning your tickets.

The general terms and conditions apply. Please contact Ticketmaster, Eventim or the advance booking office where you purchased your tickets.

 

What do I do if I lose my tickets?

Please contact the advance booking office where you purchased your ticket immediately.

Can I subsequently cancel or change my order or return tickets?

As soon as an order has been received by Ticketmaster or Eventim, automated processes ensure that your tickets are first blocked for you for a moment and then permanently booked into the system. An order is therefore a self-contained process that cannot be changed for technical reasons. As soon as the ordering process is complete, the ticket is considered sold.

Ticket orders cannot be returned or rebooked. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of the ticket service providers Ticketmaster and Eventim as well as § 312g paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB.
